There are 4 beach chairs and a Cooler in the Laundry room.  For the kids there are also buckets and spades.

There are 2 BBQ’s.  One Weber gas and one Charcoal. 

We provide the gas for the Weber BBQ and there is a spare tank in the laundry room.

However, if you want to cook with Charcoal, please bring your own charcoal.  There are bbq tools for lighting the charcoal in the small cupboard in the kitchen to the left of the stove (press at the top to open).

There are lights in all the plant borders, front and back of the house and they are on a special timer that comes on at dusk and goes off after a set amount time.  If the lights are not coming on, please let us know and we will ask you to reset them or have our manager come by.

The pool does have lights inside, but regretably they are not working. 

There are two bikes parked in the undercover parking area with a lock.  Once you have booked, please ask us for the code to unlock the bikes.

Inside Buenaventura, you will find Deli Gourmet in front of the Marriott Hotel and sells a very extensive range of Deli items, breads, frozen meats, coffee, sandwiches and snacks.  You will also find Felipe Motta at Punta Arena for Wine, spirits, beers, soft drinks, fresh bread, deli and a huge range of other foods. 

There is a mule parked outside the house, but it is not available for guest use (for insurance purposes). 

Mules are available for rental.  Please check with after booking.

We have a reliable and experienced skipper who takes private charters – fishing and whale watching trips at very reasonable prices.  6 people maximum.  After you have booked, ask us how to contact him.

We can organize a daily maid service for a reasonable rate as well as have her help in the kitchen.  

We can also arrange for a private chef to come to the house and cook for you.  Ask us more after booking. 

The water in the showers and the stove use gas that are fed from a tank by the side of the house close to the Laundry room.  

There is ALWAYS a spare tank.  If the gas runs out, you can switch it over to the new tank.  Don’t forget to let us know so we can order a new one!

The Laundry room is the door to the right of the key lock-box.
